S300 OBD1 Honda ECU Chip

The Hondata S300 is a premier OBD1 Honda/Acura tuning system that significantly expands the capabilities of your factory Engine Control Unit (ECU). It provides real-time tuning, advanced datalogging, boost control, and engine protection features. New features for the V3 include ethanol content sensor support, Bluetooth for wireless datalogging and programming from a laptop or mobile device, and CAN support. The S300 boasts a 2 MB onboard datalogging memory capable of 20-60 minutes of recording and supports MAP sensors up to 5 Bar and above, with a maximum boost support of 60 lbs and a max RPM of 11,000. Installation requires the ECU to be modified, as the S300 uses different connecting pins and has a slot for its USB connector. For JDM square case ECUs, the Hondata S300J is required. Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the complexity and risk of damaging the ECU. The S300 offers expanded fuel and ignition tables, launch control with anti-lag, full-throttle shift capabilities, and three multi-purpose outputs for accessories like nitrous control. It supports lambda tracing from a wideband O2 sensor, PWM output for boost control, and dual tables for different octane calibrations. Additionally, it features two analog inputs for wideband sensors, EGTs, and more. The high-speed USB connection allows for quick programming and datalogging, and the ECU can be updated in real-time with the engine running.
