The Hondata S300 (version 3) is a sophisticated plug-in module engineered to enhance the functionality of OBD1 factory Honda Engine Computers in manual transmission vehicles. It vastly expands the capabilities of the stock ECU, offering advanced features such as forced induction support, comprehensive datalogging, real-time programming, Bluetooth connectivity, and robust engine protection.
Designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, the S300 V3 connects to your vehicle's ECU and utilizes the SManager software for all tuning and datalogging operations. This version introduces new features including support for ethanol content sensors, Bluetooth technology for programming and datalogging via laptop or mobile devices, and 2-4 times faster datalogging speeds. It also offers CAN output and serial output for integration with dashboards like the AiM MXL and Racepak IQ3.
Key features include 8 analog and 1 digital input for datalogging, doubled datalogging memory capacity for up to 2 hours of recording, and non-battery memory backup for increased reliability. The S300 V3 provides on-board calibration storage and connects via USB or radio technology for speed and compatibility. The SManager software allows for parameter and table editing, calibration uploading, and real-time ECU parameter updates without interrupting engine operation.
