S300 V3 ECU Package

The HA Motorsports P28 ECU package is a complete, turn-key solution for those looking to tune their vehicle using the Hondata S300 Version 3 system. This package includes a reconditioned OBD1 P28 VTEC spec ECU, a new serialized Hondata S300 Version 3 system, the Hondata Smanager software, and a 6-foot USB cable. It is fully tested on a state-of-the-art bench tester to ensure trouble-free operation. HA Motorsports produces these ECUs entirely in-house, allowing for strict control over the production process. The circuit boards are socketed and modified using quality components, and then thoroughly tested. All ECUs receive new capacitors for long-term reliability, and the casings are restored to like-new condition via glass bead blasting, with new clear plexiglass lids and stainless-steel screws. This ECU package includes Bluetooth connectivity, enabling wireless datalogging and tuning from a Bluetooth-connected laptop or direct datalogging and display on iOS or Android devices with the Hondata Mobile App. Optional PWM boost control can be added, allowing the S300 software to manage turbocharger boost pressure through an electronic boost control solenoid, including boost-by-gear functionality. Multiple casing options, including standard and powder-coated grey, are available. To use this ECU, you will need a laptop running Windows XP through Windows 10 with at least one available USB port, and an internet connection for system registration. It is important to note that this S300/P28 ECU setup is not compatible with a 2005 Honda Accord; for that vehicle, a KTuner ECU package is recommended. Additionally, compatibility with a 1998 Honda Accord EX 2.3 VTEC with a manual transmission is possible with an OBD2B to OBD1 harness, but requires changing from a 3-wire IACV to a 2-wire IACV configuration.
