The 034Motorsport S34 Carbon Fiber Intake is engineered for the Volkswagen Mk8 Golf R and Audi 8Y S3, specifically targeting the EA888 Gen 4 Turbocharged 2.0T engine. This comprehensive intake solution aims to provide measurable increases in horsepower and torque, along with more aggressive induction and turbocharger sounds. It features an optimized open-airbox design that draws cool outside air through the factory fresh air duct. This system includes a large 4" inlet conical air filter with a double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium, capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns while offering increased flow and superior filtration. Air is channeled through a CFD-optimized 4-ply silicone inlet hose, designed as a direct, high-performance replacement for the factory plastic accordion hose. This silicone tube maximizes performance within the factory space constraints, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal airflow to the throttle body.
