S34 Carbon Fiber Intake System

The 034Motorsport SüperDüper S34 Carbon Fiber Intake System is engineered to provide enhanced power, sound, and acceleration for Audi B9/B9.5 S4/S5 vehicles. Developed in-house, this intake system aims to optimize the airflow to the engine through a meticulously designed package. The system incorporates an open-airbox design that integrates a fresh air duct inlet to channel cool outside air directly to the large 5-inch conical air filter. This filter features a velocity stack and is free from restrictive shrouding. The air then passes through a CFD-optimized 4-ply silicone inlet hose, designed to smoothly increase air velocity towards the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet, eliminating a critical flow restriction. It also enhances engine induction sounds and improves throttle response. The pleated cotton air filter is capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns while offering increased flow and superior filtration, tested for applications over 800HP. The system also includes a clever air filter support to prevent unwanted movement and accommodate engine movement. A key component of this system is the requirement for the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, which is available separately or as part of the S34 SüperDüper Insuction Bundle. This turbo inlet is essential for optimizing power, especially when used with the factory turbocharger or Stage 3 hybrid turbochargers with accompanying tuning. The modular design of the intake is also future-proof, designed to support over 1000 horsepower and easily adapt to any future turbocharger size and combination.
