S34 Carbon Fiber Intake System

The 034Motorsport SüperDüper S34 Carbon Fiber Intake System is engineered to deliver enhanced power, sound, and acceleration for Audi B9/B9.5 S4/S5 models. The design prioritizes an optimized open-airbox that integrates a fresh air duct inlet, channeling cool outside air to the large 5" inlet conical air filter. This configuration minimizes shrouding, allowing for maximum airflow and performance with OEM-level filtering. Key features include a CFD-optimized intake tube that replaces the restrictive factory plastic hose, enhancing airflow to the throttle body. The system houses a high-flow conical air filter with a double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium, capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns, tested for applications over 800HP with minimal restriction. 034Motorsport also designed a specific air filter support to prevent unwanted movement and accommodate engine movement, while an integrated air shroud prevents rubbing on other engine components. This intake system is designed with an easily upgradable and modular approach, capable of supporting over 1000 horsepower with future turbocharger upgrades and providing a direct, high-performance replacement for the factory accordion/sound deadening hose. It offers improved throttle response and reduced intake air temperature. The system fits both left and right-hand drive configurations and installs securely using factory mounting grommets for an OEM+ fit and finish. It is important to note that the SüperDüper S34 Carbon Fiber Intake System requires the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet to be installed, regardless of the turbocharger. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet is available separately. A "SüperDüper S34 Insuction Bundle" is also available, which includes both the intake and the turbo inlet, along with the Stock Turbo Adapter Ring. Additional adapter ring sizing for TTE710/TTE810, Pure750, or TS2 are available separately. Installation effort is rated as medium.
