S400/S300 Side by Side Compound Turbo Kit

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400/S300 Side by Side Compound Turbo Kit is engineered for the 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins engine, offering a capable platform for over 1000 RWHP. It is specifically recommended for trucks with significant modifications, including upgraded fuel systems, built engines, and transmissions, to achieve maximum performance. This comprehensive kit includes a 5" intake with a dry air filter and Outerwear's pre-filter cover, a 4" two-piece downpipe, and an S400 turbo pedestal. The pipework consists of 3.5" hot side and cold side charge pipes, a 3" intercooler pipe designed to replace the failure-prone OEM plastic pipe, and utilizes silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt and V-band clamps for secure connections. Stainless steel oil feed and drain lines are also provided. Key construction details include a high-temp black ceramic coating on the hot side and downpipes for durability and heat management. The kit comes with a 1" T4 spacer plate, heat wrap, clamps, and installation hardware. It is designed to be used with a 2nd Gen Style Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed Exhaust Manifold in the high mount position. If turbos and manifold are not purchased from WCFab, the specific brand and part number must be provided at checkout, as some components may need to be sent in for precise compatibility and fitment. Important considerations for installation include the requirement for relocation or removal of the passenger side battery.
