Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are remanufactured to high standards, involving a 3-step inspection process: pre-inspection for defects, in-process inspection for OEM compliance, and post-build inspection. Internal components undergo 100% inspection, including gear wear, mainshaft straightness, and synchronizer testing. All units are dynamometer tested under various real-life scenarios. The process includes hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary deep cleaning.
