The MST Performance cold air intake system is engineered for the BMW M2 Competition, M3, and M4 vehicles equipped with the S55 3.0T engine. This comprehensive kit includes a 3-inch intake pipe, a precisely laser-cut heat shield designed to insulate the engine bay from hot air, and an MST high-flow air filter, all contributing to an easy installation process. This intake system is designed to maximize airflow to the turbocharger, offering claimed gains of 10-12 horsepower. Users can expect improved throttle response and a more aggressive, exciting induction sound compared to the stock air intake. Furthermore, after installation, the vehicle's power programming can be upgraded to Stage 1-3 tunes. The MST air filter requires cleaning every 20,000 km and replacement at 60,000 km.
