The CarBahn S55 Big Turbo Upgrade is a new, not rebuilt, turbocharger system engineered to enhance the performance of F-series BMW M2 Competition, M2 CS, M3, M3 Competition, M3 CS, M4, M4 Competition, M4 CS, and M4 GTS models from 2015-2021. This upgrade is built with an upgraded billet compressor wheel, heavy-duty large pad upgrade thrust, and is CNC machined and high-speed VSR balanced for optimal performance and durability. This turbo system includes larger compressor and turbine wheels along with their respective housings, as well as a new high-performance exhaust manifold casting. The design boosts efficiency at higher volumes, which in turn reduces charge air temperature at high RPM and allows for safer, increased boost levels. The result is a turbocharger with superior flow and less lag compared to many other high-performance options on the market. When paired with CarBahn Stage 3 engine software, this turbocharger upgrade delivers substantial performance and power gains in a predictable manner that enhances the driving experience without compromising the drivetrain. The product is ready to install and fits S55 engines across various BMW chassis (F87, F80, F82, F83), transmissions (Automatic and Manual), body styles (Coupe, Sedan, Convertible), and drivetrains (RWD).
