S55 Billet Aluminum Valve Cover

The Vtto VTT-S55-BILLET-VALVECOVER is a high-performance billet aluminum valve cover engineered for S55 engines. Constructed from 100% CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, it provides exceptional strength and precision. The valve cover features a fully modular PCV configuration, giving users control over their crankcase ventilation setup. This makes it an ideal upgrade for those replacing aging stock covers or performing single turbo conversions that require improved clearance and heat resistance. Installation requires careful consideration of the PCV system. Upgrading to this aluminum valve cover removes the integrated factory PCV functionality. To prevent issues such as smoking or oil bypass, it is strongly recommended to install an external low-side PCV system to maintain idle vacuum and assist with turbo oil drainage. Blocking off the head ports to prevent boost from entering the crankcase is also advised. For the best results, pair this valve cover with VTT's Modular Catch Can Kits and Head Port Block-Off Kits.
