The Eventuri S55 Carbon Chargepipes are premium OEM-replacement charge pipes designed for the BMW S55 engine platform, specifically fitting the F80 M3, F82/F83 M4, and F87 M2 Competition. Developed to overcome common failure points in stock charge pipes, these components prioritize structural strength and airflow efficiency. Each set includes two high-temperature prepreg carbon fiber charge pipes, CNC-machined aluminum turbo flanges, oil-resistant silicone couplers, and marine-grade stainless steel clamps. Constructed using a cross-directional carbon weave layup, the 2mm thick walls provide superior resistance to failure under increased boost pressures. To ensure long-term reliability and precision fitment, Eventuri embeds CNC-machined stainless steel rings into the pipe openings, maintaining structural integrity under high clamping forces. The design utilizes smooth internal geometry and consistent diameters to minimize turbulence, providing a seamless flow path from the turbo outlets to the charge-cooler. Note that these pipes do not feature integrated methanol ports, as the manufacturer advises using a dedicated J-pipe for such applications to optimize cooling efficiency closer to the inlet manifold.
