S55 Factory Control EWG Top Mount Single Turbo Kit

The VTT-FAB S55 Factory Control EWG Top Mount Single Turbo Kit represents a premium upgrade for the BMW F8X S55 platform. This system is meticulously fabricated in-house at Vargas Turbocharger Technologies' Hayward, CA facility, utilizing U.S.-sourced materials and components. The core of this kit is a hand-fabricated manifold constructed from 321 stainless steel with billet flanges, ensuring both maximum flow and long-term durability. It integrates a factory-controlled external wastegate system, featuring a Turbosmart 60mm Straight Gate. This design allows for complete wastegate control directly through the factory ECU tune, eliminating the need for external boost controllers, MAC solenoids, or additional vacuum lines. By reusing the factory actuator with the provided adapter, users can achieve a true boost range from 0 PSI to the limits of their chosen turbocharger. Key features include the ability to clear the factory strut bar, all-TIG welded construction, and a VTT-FAB 6-into-1 cast collector. The kit offers plug-and-play integration with the factory ECU for boost control and utilizes 1.25″ primaries for improved spool and exhaust velocity, contributing to a distinctive 6-into-1 turbo sound. Additionally, an optional single charge pipe setup is offered for compatibility with Wagner single-inlet charge coolers. This kit is made to order and cannot be canceled once fabrication begins. Customers can select from various Precision Turbo (PTE) Gen 2 and Next Gen turbocharger options, including the 6266, 6466, 6670, and 6870 models, or opt to source their own turbo. Turbine housing AR choices of .82 or 1.05 are also available. Options for pre-calibrating the wastegate actuator, adding Cerakote to hot parts, powder coating cold side parts, and including a Turbosmart Raceport BOV or VTT-FAB Turbo Blanket are available at additional cost. The kit comes with a 12-month warranty.
