S55 J Charge Pipe

The Evolution Racewerks Cold Side "J" Charge Pipe is engineered to replace the OE plastic charge pipe found in 2015-20 BMW M2 Competition, M3, and M4 models equipped with the S55 Twin Turbo engine. The factory plastic pipe is prone to failure under high boost conditions, which this upgrade addresses. Constructed from cast 6061 aluminum, this charge pipe offers superior strength and durability compared to the original. Its "J" shape is form-molded for optimal airflow, avoiding the turbulence and performance compromises often seen in mandrel-bent pipes with cut angles. The connection to the throttle body is upgraded from a plastic retaining clip to a more robust metal C-clip, ensuring a leak-free seal. A silicone hump hose is also provided. An additional feature is a 1/8" NPT port on the charge pipe, suitable for methanol injection, nitrous systems, or as a vacuum/boost source for gauges and other accessories. This port comes with a plug, allowing for its use or non-use as needed.
