S55 Port Injection Kit

The Black Market Parts (BMP) S55 Port Injection Kit is designed to provide supplemental fueling for enhanced power levels in BMW vehicles with S55 engines, particularly when upgrading turbos. This kit integrates seamlessly for a factory-like appearance and is fully E85 compliant. It includes new genuine Bosch Motorsport injectors, which are flow-matched to 2% or better, both statically and dynamically, ensuring precise fueling data for tuning. A certificate of conformance detailing this flow data is included. The kit is capable of supporting builds from 400whp up to 1,000whp with the standard 750cc injectors (flowing 1000cc at 72psi), and higher flow rates are available with the 950cc option (flowing 1226cc at 72.5psi). All known fuels are compatible. The injectors utilize an EV6 connection type, commonly referred to as a US Car Connector, and work with controllers like the Split Second AIC-6 and Motiv Re|Flex. Included hardware consists of stainless OEM-style studs, and OEM spec manifold gaskets are used in the port injection plate. The fuel distribution pattern ensures equal distribution across all cylinders. It is important to note that the use of a supplemental injector controller is required for this kit. Additionally, this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board. The kit fits BMW F80 M3 (2015-2018), F82 M4 (2015-2020), F83 M4 (2015-2020), and F87 M2 Competition (2019-2020) models with the S55 3.0L engine.
