S55 Single Turbo Kit

The DOCRace BMW S55 Single Turbo Kit is engineered for high-output S55 builds, featuring a V-band turbocharger layout and a 6-into-1 manifold collector designed to accommodate twin 45mm wastegates. This comprehensive kit includes a heat shield, stainless steel oil feed and drain lines, and a 3.5-inch downpipe that integrates with OEM-style mid-pipe locations. It provides the crucial hardware needed for a significant single turbo conversion. Buyers can select from various turbo sizes, ranging from Kompact series (up to 7170, 1010hp) to Full Size series (up to 8280, 1445hp), and choose between an open dump (loud) or recirculated (quiet) wastegate dump. Charge pipe options are also available, including single inlet for the DOC Race Charge Cooler or dual inlet for the OEM Charge Cooler. Additionally, the Full Size turbo option will not retain the OEM carbon brace. Orders may have an extended lead time of up to 8 weeks due to the build-to-order manufacturing process.
