S550 GT 5.0 Supercharger System

The intercooled ESS Tuning S550 GT 5.0 supercharger system leverages over 25 years of forced induction expertise. The G2 supercharger boasts a 1300CFM maximum capacity, making it suitable for the Coyote application in the 575-800WHP range. Its patented ESS G2 unit is highly efficient, extremely durable, and lightweight, contributing to quick boost response and a strong mid-range performance with reduced mechanical noise. The entire system weighs only 35lbs, making it advantageous for racing applications where weight balance is critical. The system includes a 27mm thick, structurally engineered high-pressure die-cast main bracket for rigidity, a 6-rib belt drive system with billet idler pulleys and SKF bearings for extended service life, and a 3-inch front-mount intercooler (FMIC). This intercooler is designed for direct fitment without modification to the OEM front bumper and integrates a high-capacity 50mm blow-off valve. Aside from injectors and software, the S550 G2 supercharger system is a complete kit. A quality PCV catch can setup is recommended for heavy-duty applications. When properly calibrated, power delivery is smooth and meets OEM standards. The system comes standard with high-precision straight-cut gears that produce a modest whine; quieter synchro gears are available as an option. ESS supercharger systems, including the S550 Coyote kits, are extensively tested and carry a 1-year warranty against hardware malfunction or defect, regardless of mileage. Spare parts and upgrade options are available. This system is offered as a Wholesale Direct product, providing wholesale pricing directly to the end-user. It is intended for individuals with the technical skill to install and calibrate it themselves. The kit can be upgraded to G3 specification by swapping the impeller, SC volute, and adding the larger G3 spec intercooler; other components remain the same. An optional 10PK drive system upgrade is available for G2, G3, and G3R systems, recommended for extreme racing conditions or power outputs approaching 1000HP. Standard kit colors include a black intercooler and satin bracket system/supercharger, with satin or black supercharger options available upon request. The MAF transfer table for custom tuning is available at no cost. Operational support is limited to vehicles tuned by recommended tuners; basic hardware exchange warranty applies otherwise.
