S58 Catless Downpipes

The RK Autowerks S58 Catless Downpipes are engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow and performance for the G80/G82 M3 and M4 models. By removing the restrictive catalytic converters, these downpipes allow for faster turbocharger spooling and result in substantial, immediately noticeable gains in horsepower and torque. The design process utilized state-of-the-art 3D scanning and prototyping to ensure a fit comparable to OEM components. Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends, these downpipes feature CNC velocity stack flanges precisely at the turbo mount. The use of precision TIG-welded joints and heavy-duty stainless V-band/exhaust flanges guarantees long-term reliability and resistance to failure. Additionally, the stainless steel O2 sensor bungs are strategically placed in the factory locations for seamless integration. The design also contributes to reduced under-hood temperatures. The factory O2 locations are retained with Stainless Steel bungs, and the system is designed to reduce under-hood temperatures.
