The VRSF Catted Downpipes are designed for the 2019-2024 BMW X3M and X4M with the S58 engine. These downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a high-flow, 200-cell unit to significantly reduce back pressure. This leads to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note.

The VRSF S58 High Flow Catted Downpipes are engineered for the 2019-2024 BMW X3 M and X4 M (F97 & F98) models equipped with the S58 engine. These downpipes offer a significant performance upgrade by replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a high-flow, 200-cell catalytic converter. This modification substantially reduces back pressure, resulting in faster turbo spool, a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust note. Direct bolt-on installation can yield gains of 30 whp and 35 wtq, with potential for up to 60 whp and 100 wtq when paired with a DME remap. Constructed from hand-crafted, mandrel-bent, tig-welded 304-grade stainless steel tubing, these downpipes feature smooth radius bends designed to minimize turbulence and maximize flow. The CAD/CAM optimized CNC flanges are also made from 304-grade stainless steel. This item specifically fits the following BMW vehicles: 2019 – 2024 F97 BMW X3M S58 and 2019 – 2024 F98 BMW X4M S58.
