S58 "Level-Up" Charge Air Cooler Manifold

The CSF #8233 "Level-Up" Charge Air Cooler Manifold is engineered to maximize cooling efficiency and reliability for BMW's S58-powered platforms, including the G8X M3/M4/M2 and F9X X3M/X4M. This manifold features a custom PWR bar-and-plate core, offering over 23% more volume than the OEM unit and delivering superior cooling performance with minimal pressure drop. Constructed from precision TIG-welded billet aluminum, this manifold replaces the factory plastic components, providing exceptional durability suitable for extremely high boost levels. The design emphasizes straightforward installation, being a true plug-and-play solution that requires no vehicle modification. It includes integrated provisions for port injection, bungs for nitrous/methanol systems, a parameter for additional sensors, and a bleeder port for simplified servicing. The core construction utilizes aerospace-level specifications with lightweight and thin materials for optimal thermal transfer. The airside fin height is 2.43mm and the waterside fin height is 2.00mm, with 48 air rows and 49 water rows. The overall core volume is 3996.08cc, a significant increase over the OEM core's 3233.34cc. This advanced core design, combined with a KYLEX thermal spacer, provides excellent resistance to heat soak and is pressure tested to 120psi. The manifold also features CNC machining for integrated sensors, easy oil filter access, and provisions for wiring harnesses and coolant hoses.
