Description

The Schrick 0409E1681-R0 is a high-performance right intake camshaft engineered specifically for the BMW S62 8-cylinder, 4-valve engine. This camshaft boasts a duration of 268 degrees (233 degrees at 1mm lift) and a cam lobe lift of 11.3mm. The valve lift without valve clearance is also 11.3mm, with hydraulic valve clearance. The intake opens at 0 degrees and closes at 88 degrees, with peak timing at 134 degrees. At TDC, the valve lift for intake (EM) 1 is between 0.05-6.4mm. Schrick camshafts are known for their precision and quality, aimed at enhancing engine output. It is crucial to ensure clearance between the camshaft and the cylinder head after installation.
