S68 Secondary Downpipe

The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Secondary Downpipes are engineered to enhance the performance of the S68 engine found in the 2023+ BMW F95 X5M LCI, F96 X6M LCI, and G09 XM. Constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel, these downpipes feature 3-inch mandrel-bent piping for smooth exhaust flow and are TIG-welded for superior quality. The design aims to significantly increase horsepower and torque by removing the restriction of the factory secondary catalytic converter, leading to better throttle response and faster turbo spool. The O2 sensor is positioned at the factory location to prevent a Check Engine Light (CEL) under normal operation. Available finishes include brushed, polished, and a high-temperature black thermal coating, which helps reduce underhood temperatures and maintain exhaust gas velocity. This product includes all necessary hardware for a complete installation and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
