S7i Standalone Engine Management System

The Syvecs S7i serves as a versatile, budget-friendly engine management solution that does not compromise on power or flexibility. Its sophisticated design utilizes a triple-processor system to handle complex control algorithms, while maintaining ease of use for the end-user via the proprietary SCal software and S7 firmware. The unit is housed in a durable, sealed aluminium billet case and utilizes three AMP Superseal waterproof connectors to ensure reliability in demanding automotive environments. Technically, the S7i is highly configurable with 16 general-purpose analogue inputs, 18 high/low side driver outputs, and 6 TTL ignition drivers. It includes dedicated circuits for knock detection, NTK lambda input, and K-type thermocouples. The unit provides 16MB of onboard logging memory and full-duplex Ethernet connectivity for efficient data download and programming. Its I/O pinout is designed to match the Syvecs S7Plus, allowing users to upgrade to the higher-spec model in the future without the need to replace their wiring loom. The S7i supports comprehensive integration, including programmable CAN Bus and drive-by-wire capability. While it is sold as a standalone unit, it is compatible with various plug-and-play kits for platforms including the Focus RS, Golf R32, Honda FD2, manual-transmission Supra (1993-1998 and 98+), and Subaru Impreza (2006-2008, Hatch, and MY2015).
