The Syvecs S7Plus is a standalone engine control unit engineered to offer an extremely high level of precise engine management. The unit utilizes a triple-processor architecture, pairing a high-speed RISC processor for primary code execution with a large FPGA for high-speed engine position tracking. This architecture allows for advanced control strategies while maintaining ease of mapping through the manufacturer's SCal software and S7 firmware. Housed in a sealed aluminum billet case, the hardware includes three waterproof connectors providing 94 pins for robust connectivity. The system is equipped with 22 general-purpose analog inputs, 16 low-side injection/PWM outputs, 8 half-bridge outputs, and 6 ignition drivers. Comms support includes three CAN 2.0B buses, RS232, and K-line, with 100MHz full-duplex Ethernet for high-speed programming and data downloads. All standard software features are enabled from the factory, though direct injection control and paddle-shift control require an optional upgrade. The system is designed for a broad input voltage range of 6V to 20V with reverse polarity protection and is rated for operating temperatures between -55 and +125 degrees Celsius.
