The Indian Steel 12 in. Quick Release Passenger Backrest in chrome provides a secure and comfortable seating option for your passenger. Its 12-inch standard height is designed to position the cushioned Genuine Leather Passenger Backrest Pad (sold separately) at an optimal lower back level for most average-height riders, offering substantial support. The Quick Release technology is a key feature, allowing for the entire backrest assembly to be added or removed in mere seconds without the need for any tools. This system integrates seamlessly with the motorcycle's saddlebag brackets via slotted mounting brackets, and a locking lever ensures the backrest is securely fastened, providing peace of mind for the passenger. This backrest offers additional versatility. It can be fitted with an optional Pinnacle Backrest Luggage Rack (sold separately), enabling riders to conveniently carry extra gear. The Genuine Leather Passenger Backrest Pad is also sold separately, allowing customization to match the rider's specific Indian Motorcycle model and style preferences. Please note that the Chief, Chief Classic, and Chief Dark Horse models require additional Mounting Spools for installation.
