Overview

The BTR pushrod set is a set of 16 one-piece pushrods constructed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing. They are centerless ground to exacting tolerances and case hardened to Rc 60. The ball ends are machined to a tolerance of plus or minus .001in.

Each pushrod in this set of 16 is constructed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring durability and strength. These pushrods are centerless ground to exacting tolerances and case hardened to Rc 60 for superior wear resistance. The ball ends are machined with a precise tolerance of plus or minus .001 inches, and each pushrod is laser-etched with its part number and specifications on a black oxide finish. This set features a 7.425-inch length, 5/16-inch diameter, and a .080-inch wall thickness. Brian Tooley Racing emphasizes the critical importance of accurately measuring for pushrod length using the correct method, rather than simply relying on overall length. Instructions for the proper measurement technique are available in the Downloads section of their website. This product does not require an Emissions (EO) in California and is legal for sale and use in all 50 states.
