SAI N249 PCV EVAP Delete Kit

The Velt Sport SAI | N249 | PCV | EVAP Delete Kit is a comprehensive solution for removing the Secondary Air Injection (SAI), N249, PCV, and EVAP systems on 1.8T engines. This kit includes all necessary hoses, caps, clamps, and plug-n-play resistors to complete the system deletion. It is specifically designed as a "final-destination kit builder" for Mk4 Golf/Jetta models. Installation of this kit will trigger a Check Engine Light. While some codes can be managed with the included resistors, the secondary airflow code specifically requires software modification (tuning) to be defeated. The kit is available in "Early" and "Late" styles, which can be determined by examining the valve cover for a small vacuum port next to the main breather hose. Early style cars lack this port, requiring the "Early" style kit, while its presence indicates the need for the "Late" style kit. UroTuning recommends replacing the cooling hose flange during installation, as these are common failure points.
