The Moeller 25740 is a sandable primer designed for surfaces above the waterline. It comes in a platinum gray color and has a 12 oz. size. The primer is formulated to improve the bonding of color coats and adheres to various materials including bare metal, steel, iron, fiberglass, and wood.
