Satin Black Hi-Temp Brake Paint

The VHT SP739 is an 11 oz. aerosol spray can of satin black, high-temperature brake caliper, drum, and rotor paint. It is formulated for custom detailing of brake components and is resistant to chipping, cracking, fading, and rust under extreme operating conditions. This paint can withstand intermittent heat up to 900 degrees F (482 degrees C).

The VHT brake paint provides excellent durability and weather resistance, making it ideal for a custom look on your vehicle's brake parts. It dries to the touch in 30 minutes, can be handled in 1 hour, and has a complete dry time of 24 hours. For optimal curing, the paint must be dry for 2 hours before the vehicle can be driven, with the braking operation achieving the final cure. If components are removed for painting, they can be baked at 200°F (93°C) for 1 hour.
