The BMR SB044R is an adjustable front sway bar kit designed for the S550 Mustang. It is manufactured from heavy-wall 35mm DOM tubing and features 95-durometer polyurethane bushings for reduced deflection.

The BMR Suspension SB044R is a 35mm adjustable front sway bar kit engineered to control body roll and tune the handling characteristics of your S550 Mustang. Constructed from heavy-wall 35mm DOM tubing, the SB044R is cold-formed to resist torsional fatigue and maintain its shape longer than competitors' hot-formed bars. It features CNC-formed tolerances for consistent quality, with welded thrust washers to properly locate the sway bar and prevent lateral movement during hard cornering. The kit includes 95-durometer, low-deflection polyurethane bushings with internal fluting to retain grease, mounted within billet aluminum sway bar brackets to minimize deflection. The hollow design ensures strength with minimal weight, contributing to increased performance without compromise. This adjustable sway bar offers a 28%-70% increase in sway bar rate, providing versatility for track days or spirited street driving. Its three-way adjustability allows you to fine-tune your Mustang's handling for reduced body roll and improved cornering. Installation is estimated to take 1-2 hours and is a direct bolt-on application. Specifically designed for 2015 to 2023 S550 Mustang models. Note that the softest adjustment setting is not compatible with S550 models equipped with MagneRide suspension.
