Dart Little M2 Block is a racing engine block compatible with most standard small block components (cam, oil pump, oil pan, oil filter, motor mounts, mechanical fuel pump, clutch linkage). Cast from premium high-strength iron, reinforced in critical areas. Features include competition oiling system with priority main oiling, center lifter oil crossover, siamese cylinder bores with extra thick walls (min .275” thick with 4.185” bore), solid lifter bar design, and blind head bolt holes. Provisions for wet/dry sump oiling systems, front/rear external oil feed, crossover, and restrictor provision for external pumps. Requires longer timing chain and gear set due to raised cam location.
