SC5 Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Procomp 8 Piston Big Brake Kit is engineered to deliver superior stopping power and combat brake fade, especially during sustained high-heat driving. Its calipers are constructed from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. Inside, aluminum pistons offer enhanced heat tolerance, while the opposed piston design increases caliper rigidity and improves pad wear compared to OEM systems. This kit features two-piece rotors, available in either slotted or cross-drilled configurations. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use as they efficiently expel gas and pad debris, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers due to their superior cooling capabilities. Included are Ksport's SC5 Street Brake Pads, formulated for optimal street and occasional track performance, offering reduced dust and noise. Complementing the braking system are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate line expansion under pressure for a quicker, firmer pedal feel. The kit includes everything needed for installation: forged aluminum calipers, lightweight two-piece rotors, SC5 brake pads, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware and an owner's manual.
