SC5 Big Brake Kit w/ Braided Lines

The calipers are constructed from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. Inside, aluminum pistons provide superior heat resistance, maintaining performance even under demanding use. The kit features two-piece rotors, which contribute to reduced weight and fade-free performance, offering effective grip on the track and comfortable operation during daily driving. Included are Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic material for optimal braking in street and occasional track use, boasting a 50% reduction in brake dust compared to race pads, along with minimized noise and rotor wear. The operating temperature range for these pads is between 194°F and 1022°F. Enhancing the braking system's responsiveness and feel, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard. These lines prevent expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. For customization, the kit offers options for both Cross Drilled rotors, recommended for cooler operation in daily drivers, and Slotted rotors, preferred for track use. Brake calipers are available in standard colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish and custom color finishes also available.
