Each caliper is meticulously crafted from a single billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring unparalleled strength, lightweight performance, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons are incorporated for superior heat dissipation and reliable operation. This kit includes Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for both street driving and occasional track use. These pads are designed to significantly reduce brake dust and wear on the rotors while maintaining optimal operating temperatures between 194°F and 1022°F. Complementing the calipers and pads are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, resulting in a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to standard rubber lines. For customization, Ksport offers a wide array of caliper finishes, including standard colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish options and over 20,000 custom color choices. Rotor options include both slotted and cross-drilled designs, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily drivers due to better cooling.
