SCANPOD SPH-9-W HELM POD FOR DISPLA

The Scanstrut HelmPod 9" (SPH-9-W) is designed for mounting a 9-inch display right where it's needed on a boat's helm. It fits pedestal rails from 25mm to 33.7mm (0.98″ – 1.33″) in diameter. The pod features a secure and watertight installation with a saddle system that supports stainless tubing, ensuring a rigid fit and watertight seal at the cable entry. It includes a no-drill fixing kit with customized U-bolts that fit around the rail and through the saddles into the back of the pod, eliminating the need for drilling the stainless rail. The fixings fit from back to front, cutting their threads into injection-molded ABS inserts, allowing for quick, safe installation and repeat servicing. The pod seal is made from high tear strength silicone, resistant to heat and UV, ensuring durability. The Scanpod is supplied uncut as standard, with a factory cutting service available for an additional charge. It is made from acrylic capped ABS plastic, making it tough, corrosion-free, and UV stable.
