The Genuine GM 10166344 Valve Spring Retainer is a factory replacement steel retainer for LS and LT based V8 engines from 1997 to current production. It is designed to work with OEM beehive valve springs and is also compatible with popular aftermarket options like LS6, truck-style, PAC 1218, PAC 1219, and Michigan Motorsports .600" beehive valve springs. Built to GM’s strict OE standards, these retainers ensure proper valve spring interface, durability, and long-term reliability.
