The Scosche HD4004 is a 4-way car audio speaker pair designed to elevate your car's sound system. These speakers are engineered to deliver a superior audio experience, especially when used with HD radio or MP3s, capturing the clean signal that factory speakers often miss. The speaker design incorporates a 4-inch woofer, a 1.2-inch midrange driver, and a 0.6-inch tweeter, working together to produce deep bass, smooth mid-frequencies, and clear highs. The cone is made from an injection-molded polypropylene material, which ensures enhanced durability and accurate musical reproduction, reacting instantly to musical transitions and minimizing distortion. A 6 oz. strontium magnet provides powerful bass control, and a 1-inch copper-wound voice coil contributes to superior power handling. The speakers are rated for 120 watts peak power (30 watts RMS) per pair. These speakers are an excellent choice for upgrading factory speaker locations, as they are designed to fit most 4-inch factory mounting points, including both 2 and 4-hole configurations. Protective grills are included to offer increased shielding.
