Screamer Stage 2 Retrofit Turbo Kit

The BD Diesel 1045825 Screamer Stage 2 Retrofit Turbo Kit is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for the problematic factory GT32 turbocharger found in 2011-2014 Ford F250/F350 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. This kit utilizes a larger GT37 model turbo, designed to solve common Single Sequential Turbocharger (SST) failures and provide a permanent fix. Its stock-appearing, drop-in design ensures a straightforward installation process, with an estimated time of 5 hours and 30 minutes. This performance turbo features a 64.0mm billet compressor wheel and a custom mixed flow (MFT) turbine wheel with a 65mm exducer. It is capable of delivering up to 81lb/min of airflow, enabling increased boost pressure to enhance horsepower potential. The design aims for more boost, lower drive pressure, and reduced EGTs compared to the stock unit. The kit is comprehensive, including a BD custom cast turbine housing, backing plate, compressor cover, and pedestal, meaning everything is included with no extra parts required for installation. To ensure proper function and prevent fault codes, the Powerstroke Screamer Stage 2 Retrofit turbo requires tuning. A tune by PPEI is suggested to optimize the high-flow capabilities of this turbo.
