Screamer Stage 2 Retrofit Turbo Kit

The BD Diesel Screamer Stage 2 Retrofit Turbo Kit is designed as a direct replacement for the factory GT32 turbo found in 2011-2014 Ford F250/F350 6.7L Powerstroke vehicles. This kit aims to resolve common failures associated with the original Single Sequential Turbocharger (SST) by utilizing a larger GT37 model. It incorporates modern turbo technology, including a 64.0mm billet compressor wheel and a custom mixed flow turbine wheel with a 65mm exducer, capable of delivering up to 81 lb/min of airflow. This upgraded turbocharger promotes increased boost pressure, resulting in lower drive pressure and decreased Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). It includes a BD custom cast turbine housing, backing plate, compressor cover, and pedestal, ensuring no additional parts are required for fitment. The turbo is VSR high-speed balanced for optimal performance and longevity. Installation time is estimated at 5 hours and 30 minutes, and it comes with a 12-month parts warranty. Please note that this turbo kit is not for sale on licensed California vehicles. A tuner with an emissions-compliant engine calibration is required for proper operation and to prevent fault codes. For optimal performance with this high-flow turbo, a tune from PPEI is suggested. For trucks with the stock CP4, the BD Diesel Screamer Stage 1 Retrofit kit is recommended.
