The Sea-Dog Line SD-17 is a hi-amp resettable thermal circuit breaker designed for demanding marine electrical installations. Built for surface mounting, it requires no dedicated breaker panel, making installation flexible and straightforward aboard any vessel. The breaker provides a visible indication of tripped condition, so fault detection is quick and easy.

Rated for use in harsh environments, the SD-17 is water resistant and sealed to IP67, making it well-suited for engine compartment and bilge area applications. It is ignition protected per SAE J1171, an essential safety requirement in fuel-vapor-prone spaces.
