Overview

The Matris SDK Steering Damper Kit is a front-mounting steering damper designed for the Kawasaki ER6F 650 from 2006-2011. It features speed-sensitive hydraulic operation that automatically adjusts damping. The kit includes a 13-position adjustable sensitivity.

Constructed with a high tensile alloy steel piston rod with a hard chrome coating and a twin-tube design with a titanium external cylinder, this damper also incorporates an external tank for heat compensation and is pressurized with nitrogen gas for stability. It is fully rebuildable and supplied with a model-specific fitting kit.

The Matris SDK Steering Damper Kit is specifically engineered for the Kawasaki ER6F 650 models produced between 2006 and 2011. This front-mounted steering damper enhances control and stability by automatically adjusting hydraulic damping based on speed. Its sensitivity can be fine-tuned through 13 distinct positions. Constructed for durability and performance, the damper features a high-tensile alloy steel piston rod with a hard chrome coating and a robust twin-tube design incorporating a titanium external cylinder. An external reservoir accommodates fluid expansion due to heat, while nitrogen gas pressurization ensures greater stability under high temperatures.
