The Morimoto Sealed5 is a premium 5x7-inch bi-LED headlight engineered for direct replacement of standard sealed beam assemblies. By moving away from conventional reflector-based optics, this unit uses a specialized projector array to provide significantly improved light distribution and intensity. In low beam mode, it produces 2,400 lumens with a crisp, road-focused LHD beam pattern, while the high beam mode activates secondary optics to reach 4,300 lumens for maximum distance illumination. The front lens is constructed from UV-coated polycarbonate, ensuring resistance to yellowing and environmental degradation over time. An internal PWM driver manages power delivery to maintain consistent brightness regardless of voltage fluctuations between 9-36V DC. Installation is designed to be straightforward for most classic vehicles, utilizing a standard H4 3-pin male connector for plug-and-play headlight functionality. The quad-optic array includes versatile integrated features, such as a high-intensity white DRL, a low-intensity white parking light, and an amber turn signal. The included T-taps facilitate connection to vehicle signals; however, the DRL and turn signal features are optional and do not need to be wired for basic low and high beam operation. These headlights are cross-compatible with common H5054, H6054, and HP6054 standard fitments.
