The Ecotric 49-inch Universal Iron Racing Safety Seat Belt Chassis Roll Harness Bar Rod is engineered to enhance driver safety by ensuring racing seat belt harnesses are positioned at an optimal 10-15 degree angle to the shoulders. This precise angling prevents the harness from trapping the racer in case of an accident or causing spinal compression. Typically mounted behind the front seats and utilizing existing factory seat belt anchor points, this bar also contributes to a stiffer chassis. Its powder-coated finish not only adds to its longevity but also provides a smoother surface. The bar measures 49 inches in overall length and is designed to be compatible with all 4-point, 5-point, and 6-point seat belts, making it a versatile addition to various racing setups. It provides a crucial attachment point and helps increase the vehicle's chassis rigidity and stability. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on process, though minor modifications may be required for some vehicles.
