Constructed from 3/16 inch thick steel, these seat brackets are laser cut and hand-welded for superior strength and durability. They feature pre-slotted hole patterns compatible with sliders from major seat manufacturers, including Braum, Bride, Cipher Auto, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, NRG, OMP, Racetech, Recaro, Sabelt, Sparco, Status Racing, and Takata. For sliders with less common hole patterns, or for direct side-mount installations, there is additional space on the bracket for custom drilling. Planted Technology Seat Brackets undergo a rigorous three-stage quality control process, with all hand-welding performed in Bellevue, WA, USA. It's important to note that seats vary in shape and size, so it is the end-user's responsibility to confirm seat fitment within the vehicle prior to ordering. Additionally, replacing factory seats may trigger vehicle warning indicators due to sensors for airbags or weight; the use of electronic resistors to mitigate these may be necessary, and this is also the end-user's responsibility to determine compatibility and correct resistor type. Professional installation is recommended for this product. This seat bracket fits various Mini Cooper models from 2001-2013, excluding the Countryman. Specific fitments include the Cooper Clubman (R55), Cooper Convertible (R52, R57), and Cooper Hatchback (R50/R53, R56) models across various trims and engines within those years.
