The Planted Seat Bracket serves as a crucial adapter, bridging the gap between your vehicle's floor and an aftermarket seat with its accessories. Because vehicle floors are rarely flat and vary significantly, a vehicle-specific bracket is essential for a proper aftermarket seat installation. Planted Technology develops each bracket by using the actual vehicle floor as a reference, bringing vehicles into their development center to create the best-fitting, bolt-in, universal seat bracket. Constructed from laser-cut, 3/16 inch thick steel, these seat brackets are hand welded to ensure robust weld penetration and superior strength. The durable black powder coat finish provides protection and a clean aesthetic. For sliders with less common hole patterns or for direct seat mounting without sliders, there is ample extra space to drill custom hole patterns. Each Planted Seat Bracket undergoes three quality control checks to meet high standards. They are proudly hand welded in Bellevue, WA, USA. Note that the seatbelt tab is located on the inboard side only. Specific fitment notes apply to Bride and Cobra sliders: Bride sliders may require removing "feet" and drilling new hole patterns due to their varied widths. Cobra sliders come in Narrow and Wide versions; the Wide version may require elongating one hole on each slider by 1/8 inch, while the Narrow version requires no modification. It is the end user's responsibility to confirm seat fitment within the vehicle prior to ordering.
