The Milltek SSXMZ103 is a secondary cat bypass pipe designed for the Mercedes C-Class C63 AMG. It is constructed from aerospace-grade, non-magnetic 304 stainless steel and features a 2.75-inch (69.85mm) diameter pipe. This system replaces the secondary catalytic converter and requires cutting of the original exhaust system for installation.

The Milltek SSXMZ103 is a performance exhaust component designed to bypass the secondary catalytic converter on the Mercedes C-Class C63 AMG. Crafted from aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, this bypass pipe ensures durability and resistance to discoloration, lasting virtually indefinitely. The system features a 2.75-inch (69.85mm) diameter pipe, utilizing mandrel bends for optimized gas flow. Bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock specifications to enhance performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. Milltek's comprehensive acoustic development process ensures a sporty and crisp exhaust tone, free from unwanted NVH, drone, or cabin resonance. Installation of the SSXMZ103 requires cutting of the original exhaust system to integrate with the OE setup. This component is specifically designed for the Mercedes C-Class C63 AMG models from 2007 to 2011. Note that the use of de-cats and bypass pipes is intended for off-road/motorsport use only, as they may inhibit a vehicle from passing a MOT test. Only EC type-approved components are legal for road use.
