Overview

The Supersprint 787412 is a Section 1 exhaust pipe, crafted from T304 stainless steel. This component connects directly to the header and is intended for use with a Supersprint section 2 tuned resonator or a custom exhaust system.

Show original supplier description

This section features oversized 2 x Ø54mm pipes to enhance exhaust flow and is engineered to integrate with the factory exhaust manifold (header) and a Supersprint section 2 tuned resonator or a custom exhaust setup. The system is EEC homologated and adheres to Directive 70/157/EEC and Regulation (EU) No. 540/2014 for noise levels, ensuring a refined yet sporty sound. This performance exhaust section is specifically designed to fit the BMW E46 323i, 323ci, 325i, 325ci, 328i, 328ci, 330i, and 330ci models from 2001-2006, as well as the BMW Z3 2.5i and 3.0i models. It is compatible with the OEM catalytic converter, offering a balanced approach to performance and emissions compliance. The incorporation of an x-pipe within this section is noted for its ability to boost horsepower and torque, providing a noticeable improvement in driving dynamics. Supersprint is recognized for its premium exhaust systems, characterized by exceptional quality, thoughtful design for optimal flow, and a distinctive 'European' sound that complements the sophisticated nature of BMW vehicles. While often at a premium price point, Supersprint systems are built for longevity and precise fitment. It is important to note that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board regulations.
