The AMS Motorsports SEKUSHI Resonated Test Pipes are crafted for the VQ35HR and VQ37VHR engines, specifically for RWD applications in Nissan 350Z, 370Z, and Infiniti G35, G37, Q50, and Q60 models. These pipes are engineered to deliver a refined exhaust note, characterized by a deep, quiet, and non-raspy tone, while simultaneously extracting maximum power, with claims of upwards of 15+ hp/tq gains over standard setups. Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, these test pipes utilize Laser TIG welding for superior strength, durability, and aesthetic appeal, setting them apart from components using cheaper materials or welds. The design incorporates additional wide sensor bungs, a feature not found on many competing products. They also include necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. The weight of the stainless steel units is 11.4 lbs for the pair, which is lighter than competitor offerings. An optional full titanium version is also available, weighing only 5.95 lbs for the pair, offering maximum weight reduction and a distinct sound profile. It is critical to note that these test pipes will not fit AWD applications. They are designed exclusively for RWD vehicles.
