The AEM Electronics 30-6311 Series 2 EMS is a powerful, plug-and-play engine management system engineered for specific twin-turbo models of the Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth. It seamlessly integrates with your vehicle's existing factory ECU harness, eliminating the need for complex rewiring or additional hardware. This direct-fit design ensures that all factory sensors and actuators are utilized, simplifying the installation process. Controlled by the versatile AEMtuner software, this system offers extensive customization for virtually any engine control scenario. It allows tuners to precisely manage fuel delivery and ignition timing for optimal performance across various boost levels and operating conditions. The software runs on Windows-compatible operating systems and features a user-friendly interface with context-sensitive help, making the tuning process more accessible. Maps can be password-protected to prevent unauthorized modifications. Key capabilities include electronic boost control, full idle control, programmable traction control, software-definable knock control, two-step launch control, and user-configurable soft-cut rev limiters. The system also supports wet or dry nitrous control. Its internal specifications include up to 12 peak and hold injector drivers, up to 8 direct-fire coil outputs, up to 16 general-purpose outputs, up to 8 definable switch inputs, and up to 4 EGT inputs with fuel trim.
