Series 2 Plug-n-Play EMS

The AEM Series-2 Plug-n-Play Engine Management System (EMS) is engineered for racing vehicles with Honda/Acura OBDII-A applications and manual transmissions. This system offers a direct plug-and-play installation, integrating seamlessly with the factory ECU harness without requiring any additional wiring or hardware. The included Windows™ compatible software (supporting 2000, XP, NT, 98, 95, ME) simplifies the process of copying, viewing, and manipulating engine data. A key feature is the integrated tuning wizard, which enables users to generate a base map specific to their vehicle's configuration, accommodating various injectors, sensors, and coils. The software's infinite adjustability allows tuners to program complex combinations of engine control, power adders, and auxiliary devices, ensuring precise fuel delivery and ignition timing for optimal performance under any operating condition. Key features of the AEM EMS include 8 direct-fire coil outputs, 16 general-purpose outputs, 8 definable switch inputs, and 4 EGT inputs with fuel control. It also offers 1MB of internal data logging, electronic boost control, full idle control, programmable traction control, software-definable knock control, two-step launch control, user-configurable soft-cut rev limiters, and wet or dry nitrous control. Tuning can be performed via a new USB communication port or a serial port, and it is compatible with all AEM gauges. This product is specifically for racing vehicles and is legal in California only for competition purposes, not for use on public highways. Supported applications include Acura CL (1997, 2.2L), Integra (1996-1999, 1.8L), and Honda Accord (1996-1997, 2.2L), Civic (1996-1998, 1.6L), Civic Del Sol (1996-1997, 1.6L), and Prelude (1996-2000, 2.2L/2.3L).
